Service

Speed & UX Audits

A focused audit that shows exactly what’s slowing down conversions—and how to fix it. We combine lab tests (Lighthouse/PageSpeed) with field data (Core Web Vitals) and a quick journey review (“Book Meet & Greet”, “Call now”, “View prices”). You’ll get a prioritised action plan by impact and effort, plus quick wins we can implement immediately.

Scope

What is normally included.

The final scope is agreed for the project, but these are the standard pieces this service is built around.

Core Web Vitals analysis (LCP/INP/CLS) with before/after targets

Image, font and script optimisation plan (compression, lazy-load, preloads, bundling)

UX friction review (navigation, CTAs, forms, trust signals)

Accessibility spot-check (contrast, focus states, labels)

Competitor speed benchmark (local peers)

Prioritised implementation roadmap with owner/dev tasks

Process

A small sequence with an evidence boundary.

  1. 1

    Collect evidence

Run the agreed live, performance, metadata and accessibility checks against the public site.

  2. 2

    Review the journey

Inspect the paths customers use to understand services, pricing, trust and contact.

  3. 3

    Prioritise findings

Separate blockers, high-impact fixes and lower-priority improvements by evidence and effort.

  4. 4

    Choose implementation

Ship scoped quick wins or turn larger findings into a separate implementation plan.

Questions

What people usually need clarified.

What evidence is included in an audit?

The audit can combine live HTTP and page checks with performance evidence, metadata, accessibility signals and a review of the important customer journey. The final scope says which evidence sources were actually available.

Can you implement the findings?

Yes where the codebase, access and scope allow it. We normally separate quick fixes from larger architectural or content changes so effort is visible.

Does a faster site guarantee higher rankings?

No. Performance and usability matter, but ranking also depends on relevance, competition, authority and other factors outside the audit. We report the performance evidence without converting it into a ranking guarantee.

Want to know whether this is the right scope?

Send the current site or workflow and the outcome you want. We will tell you whether this service fits before turning it into a project.
